Applied, intentional
AI & data work.

We help organisations identify where AI and NLP can solve real problems. Data security and human oversight at the centre.

Recent Work

We're passionate about helping individuals and organisations understand and use AI responsibly. Here's a snapshot of the talks, workshops, and events we've run to put that into practice.

Our Approach

AI is moving fast, but speed without care creates tools that don't work for the people who use them. We believe the best AI work starts with your problem, not the technology.

Our team brings together NLP and AI research with real-world engineering experience. Small, hands-on, and research-backed. You work directly with us.

LHC Labs workshop in practice

Core principles

Human oversight

AI should support people, not replace them.

Transparency

Honest about what AI can and can't do.

Accountability

Governance built in from the start.

Accessibility

Making AI understandable to everyone.

Data privacy

First, not an afterthought.

How we work

01

Conversation

A free initial chat about what you're dealing with. Tell us what you're working with and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and whether AI is even the right tool.

02

Scoping

We define the shape of the work together. The question and sources, the data and requirements, or your audience and context.

03

The work

Delivery, openly and directly with us. No account managers, no handoffs. You always know what's being done, why, and by whom.

04

Handover

Every project ends with your team owning something: a strategy you can act on, a tool you can maintain, a capability that stays. We build independence, not dependency.

What we offer

A simple methodology rooted in people, not technology for its own sake.

Workshops & Training

Strategy & Consulting

Cutting through the noise

Who it's for: Leadership teams needing an ethical, high-impact AI roadmap.

We help organisations identify where AI and NLP can solve real problems, particularly where there's complex text or language data to understand. Data security and human oversight at the centre.

The Outcome: A clear, actionable strategy grounded in reality, not trends.

Prototypes & Engineering

From idea to working tool

Who it's for: Organizations ready to build custom, functional AI tools.

From semantic search and text analysis pipelines to custom dashboards and NLP-powered products. We build usable tools that your team owns, maintains, and understands.

The Outcome: A working prototype or tool tailored to your data.

Who we are

A small, hands-on UK-based team of NLP researchers, engineers, and educators. You work directly with us. No account managers, no hype.

LHC stands for Learn, Harness, Create, reflecting how we approach every project: helping people learn about AI, harness its power effectively, and create real-world impact.
